Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! RetiSports specializes in premium running essentials, marathon gear, and sporting goods. Below is our complete shipping policy for both our in-house inventory products and our made-to-order Print-on-Demand (POD) items.

1. Shipping from San Diego

  • All in-house products are stored and shipped from San Diego, California, USA.
  • We typically ship orders same day or next business day after payment is confirmed.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

2. Free Standard Shipping (In-House Products)

  • Almost all of our own inventory products qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. This is clearly labeled on each product page.
  • Standard shipping typically delivers in 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
  • For some small and light items (such as magnets, stickers, and pace band holders), we may ship via USPS First-Class Mail. These shipments do not include tracking.
  • Express shipping options are available for many items at additional fees.
  • International shipping is available on selected products. Rates and delivery times (usually 7–21 days) are shown at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Print-on-Demand (POD) & Personalized Products

  • POD and custom/personalized items are made to order.
  • Production + shipping usually takes 5–12 business days total (production: 3–5 days; shipping: 2–5 days).
  • These items ship directly from our printing partners (locations vary).
  • Most POD items do not qualify for free shipping. However, we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, usually below $5.99. Please check the product page for actual cost and eligibility.

4. Order Tracking

  • Most orders include tracking. You can track your package using the link sent to your email or by logging into your account.
  • Note: Small First-Class Mail items (magnets, stickers, pace bands, etc.) do not come with tracking. 

5. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet the timelines above, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, holidays, carrier issues, or unforeseen events. We will notify you if we expect any significant delay.

6. Returns & Refunds (Summary)

  • In-house products: 30-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.
  • POD / Personalized products: Because these are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our quality — we will happily replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect personalization. Please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
